Is the service report generator free?
Yes. No account, no card, no trial. You confirm your email address once; the report downloads and a copy goes to your inbox.
Is my data stored?
Form data stays in this browser; photos and signatures are not saved there. A copy of each PDF you create is stored on our server. If you email it, we also keep the address.
Can the customer sign the report?
Yes. Open the report on a tablet or phone and let the customer sign with a finger. You can add a technician signature and a company stamp too. Anyone who prefers not to draw can type their name.
Can I add photos?
Yes, up to four, taken before and after the work. Photos are resized in your browser before upload, so the PDF opens quickly and fits in an email.
What does a service report document?
It records the work done, the parts used and the customer's sign-off. You issue the invoice separately; in PureField, an invoice is created from the completed service report.
