Enter your company, the customer, line items, VAT rate and discount; totals update as you type. Pick TRY, USD or EUR and one of four templates, add a signature or stamp. Questions

Is the quote and proforma generator free?

Yes. No account, no card, no trial. You confirm your email address once; the PDF downloads and a copy goes to your inbox.

Is my data stored?

Form data stays in this browser. A copy of each PDF you create is stored on our server. If you email it, we also keep the address. See the privacy notice for details.

Can I add my company stamp and signature?

Yes, both are optional. Upload the stamp as a PNG or JPG up to 1 MB; a PNG with a transparent background looks cleanest. Draw the signature with a mouse or finger, or type a name instead.

How is a proforma invoice different from an invoice?

A proforma invoice states the price and terms before a sale. The document your bookkeeping relies on is the e-invoice (e-fatura) or e-archive invoice (e-arşiv) you issue once the sale happens. You can send e-invoices from PureField Finance through the Aposkal connection.

How are VAT and discounts calculated?

For each line, quantity is multiplied by unit price, the discount is taken off, and the chosen VAT rate (0, 1, 10 or 20 percent) is applied to what remains. Each line is rounded to the cent and the total is the sum of the lines.
