Frequently asked questions
Which module should we start with?
If you can't follow the work from quote to order, start with CRM. If work orders and service reports get lost in the field, start with Field Service. Stock, purchasing, finance and HR come later, and each new module works with your existing customer and equipment records.
How do the modules connect?
An accepted quote becomes an order, and the sales team creates the customer's QR equipment records from its lines. Work orders and service reports attach to the equipment, invoices and payments to the customer record. A purchase order's supplier invoice shows up in Finance.
What's in the mobile app?
Technicians see their work orders, equipment and service reports in the iOS and Android app; they scan QR codes, add photos and get reports signed. Your customers see the Discover catalog in the same app. Purchasing and finance run in the panel.
Which modules does Copilot work with?
Copilot opens from any screen in the panel and works only with records in the modules the user has access to.
Are the packages split by module?
Yes. In PureStart you pick CRM or field service, PurePioneer opens both, and PureExecutive is a custom scope for larger teams. Each includes 20 AI credits a month. The pricing page has the details; the amount comes in a quote for your company.
