Campaigns reach opted-in contacts from your CRM.

PureField Marketing is the email marketing module that works from your CRM records. Your team builds segments, designs templates in a block editor, and sends campaigns and sequences that stop when someone replies. Web forms match new contacts to CRM leads. A consent ledger, an İYS check, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, A/B testing and revenue attribution sit in the same workspace.

From segment to report

  1. 1

    A segment is built

Your team builds a segment from CRM records using rules. List health shows the state of the segment, and nothing goes to addresses on the block list.

  2. 2

    The email is prepared

The email is built in the block editor or from a saved template. Before sending, it goes through a 39-point content check.

  3. 3

    Test and schedule

Variants go out, and once each reaches 50 sends the winner is picked by a statistical test. The send time and expected result are predicted and suggested.

  4. 4

    You start the send

A person always starts the send. Email goes out through SMTP, Postmark or Mandrill, and the list can also be handed off to Mailchimp.

  5. 5

    Results come in

Reports show the funnel, devices, link clicks and a cohort heatmap. Custom reports can be built and scheduled to go out regularly.

What's in marketing

  • Campaigns and A/B tests

Campaigns go out in variants. The winner is picked by a statistical test once each variant reaches at least 50 sends.

  • Sequences and workflows

Sequences stop on their own when the contact replies. Branching scenarios are built in the visual workflow editor.

  • Block-based designer

Emails are built from blocks such as text, images, buttons and social links. Designs you reuse are saved as templates.

  • Segments and list health

Segments are built from CRM fields with rules. The list health screen shows the state of each list.

  • Web forms

Forms embed on your website and come with spam protection. New contacts are matched to leads in the CRM.

  • Consent ledger and İYS

Each contact's email consent is recorded in the consent ledger. With the İYS connection on, each campaign and sequence step checks individual recipients' İYS consent first and drops those without it. Unsubscribes are reported to İYS as refusals.

  • Deliverability

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up step by step. Every email goes through a 39-point content check before it's sent.

  • Revenue attribution and lead scoring

Which campaign a sale came from is calculated with first-touch, last-touch, linear or U-shaped models. Leads are scored on engagement.

Frequently asked questions

Who picks the A/B test winner?

Once each variant reaches at least 50 sends, the winner is picked with a statistical test. You see the result in the campaign report.

What about KVKK and İYS?

Each contact's consent is kept in the consent ledger. With the İYS connection on, individual recipients' İYS consent is checked before sending and those without it are dropped; merchants and sole traders aren't affected by this check. Keeping records doesn't remove the legal obligation; responsibility stays with the sender.

Who writes the copy, and who starts the send?

Defne in Copilot (Marketing Specialist, an AI persona) writes the draft copy. Someone on your team always starts the send.

Which channel do campaigns go out on?

Email. You send from PureField through SMTP, Postmark or Mandrill. If you use Mailchimp, you can hand the list off and send from there too.
