Positive replies land on your rep's task list.
PureField Sales Autopilot is the module that runs cold email campaigns from inside the CRM. Scheduled AI lead discovery finds companies, duplicates are removed, new leads are imported with owners assigned in turn, and each lead joins an always-on campaign. Unibox sorts replies into 11 types, and a positive reply creates a task and notification for the owner.
From lead discovery to a positive reply
- 1
Leads are found
Scheduled AI lead discovery lists companies that fit your ideal customer profile. In "discover only" mode the flow stops here and you pick who to import.
- 2
They're imported to the CRM
In "auto" mode duplicates are removed, companies above the profile threshold enter the CRM and owners are assigned in turn.
- 3
They join the sequence
Each lead is added to an always-on campaign. Only verified email addresses are used; guessed addresses never are.
- 4
Emails go out
Follow-ups stay in the same thread. Every send waits a minimum gap plus a random delay.
- 5
Replies come back to the CRM
Unibox sorts each reply. A positive one marks the lead qualified and hot, and the owner gets a task and a push notification.

What's in sales autopilot
7-step campaign builder
Campaigns are built in seven steps: leads, sequence, schedule, options, accounts, review and analytics.
Sequences and variants
A sequence takes up to 10 steps, each with up to 5 variants. A/B optimisation runs on its own, with spintax and AI variables such as a personalised first line.
Multiple sending accounts
Your company connects several sending accounts. Accounts connect with an app password over SMTP.
Account protection
Each account ramps up gradually and gets a health score. If bounces climb or errors repeat, the account pauses itself.
Unibox
Replies are read over IMAP without changing anything in your mailbox. Bounces, auto-replies and out-of-office messages are recognised; out-of-office pushes the sequence to the return date.
Reply sorting
Replies are sorted into 11 types, including interested, meeting request, question, referral, not now and not interested. AI never overrides a label you set.
AI reply drafts
The Email Assistant persona in Copilot sorts the inbox and drafts replies.
Two modes
"Discover only" suggests leads; "auto" imports them and enrolls them in the sequence. A stop switch turns autopilot off whenever you want.
Frequently asked questions
How does a new sending account start?
Each account ramps up gradually and its health score is tracked. When bounces climb, the account pauses itself.
What about KVKK and İYS?
Sales Autopilot and Marketing share one do-not-contact list: nobody who unsubscribed, bounced or has email consent turned off in the CRM gets emailed. The İYS check runs on Marketing sends. Legal responsibility for who you email stays with the sender.
Does it run completely on its own?
You start the campaign once; after that, finding, importing and sending run by themselves. The stop switch turns it off any time, and in "discover only" mode you pick the leads.
Can we connect our Gmail or Outlook account?
Yes. Accounts connect with an app password over SMTP. Replies are read over IMAP, and your mailbox stays exactly as it is.
What happens when someone replies?
Unibox labels the reply by type. A positive reply makes the lead qualified and hot and sends the owner a task and a push notification; out-of-office pushes the sequence to the return date.
