What is PureField?

What workflows does PureField cover?

The product supports core workflows such as CRM records, customer and contact management, quotes and follow-up processes, service requests, work orders, service reports, maintenance operations, and file and document management. Available features may vary depending on the selected plan, setup, and permissions.

Can different user roles be defined across the team?

Yes. PureField can be used with role and permission structures that fit different team needs. Which screens and records can be viewed or managed by which users may be configured based on your setup scope.

Subscription, data, and support

Is there a trial period?

PureField may offer a 14-day trial for eligible plans. Trial conditions are shown separately during sign-up or in the commercial proposal shared with you.

How does the subscription work?

PureField is available with monthly and annual subscription options. Unless clearly stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term. If you cancel before renewal, you are not charged for the next term.

Can we upload files and documents to PureField?

Yes. The product can support file, image, and document uploads connected to customer, service, quote, and similar operational workflows. Available formats and limits may vary depending on your selected configuration.

How is customer and operational data handled?

PureField directly manages the account, access, security, and support data required to operate the service. CRM, service, and operational data entered into the product by the customer is generally processed according to the customer's instructions. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
