Purchasing

Requests, RFQs, and POs on one purchasing line.

PureField Purchasing connects internal requests to RFQs, supplier-portal replies to comparison, and then to POs. It is a purchasing line, not a marketplace storefront.

Marketplace is informational. It is not a full B2B marketplace. Purchasing is not mobile.

Internal requests

Requests open from a department or operations source.

  1. 01

    Request

    Internal need is recorded.

  2. 02

    RFQ

    Quotes arrive through the portal.

  3. 03

    PO

    After comparison, the order closes.

How does RFQ work?+

An internal request becomes an RFQ; suppliers reply on the portal; the team compares and opens a PO.

Is there a supplier portal?+

Yes. RFQ replies run through the supplier web portal.

What is Marketplace?+

An informational contact surface. Not a full B2B marketplace.

Is purchasing mobile?+

No. The purchasing line runs in the panel and supplier portal.

The same platform includes the customer card, document store (DMS), regions, support tickets, and billing. Projects can open when needed and are not a separate mega-menu product. Copilot proposes on the agent surfaces that are enabled.

See the RFQ line in a demo.
