ERP · Production + stock

From recipe to batch, MRP to shipment — one trace.

PureField ERP connects process production and warehouse operations from recipe to batch, lot release, order, and shipment. MRP sits on the same ERP surface, tied to recipes and stock. Quality, CoA, and product passports stay on one trace. It is not an accounting ERP or SAP-class capacity planner.

  • Recipe and batch
  • Lot / QC
  • Stock card and order

We are process production plus stock operations tied to sales and field records — not a full SAP/Logo ERP. There is no capacity planning or live PLC read.

Recipes and rules

Product recipes, raw materials, and recipe rules stay on the production record.

  1. 01

    Recipe

Product and raw-material recipes are defined.

  2. 02

    Batch + MRP

The batch runs; material need links to stock.

  3. 03

    Lot and ship

After quality release, order and warehouse movement close.

Copilot

When an ERP record is open, Copilot asks and proposes with approval.

What is in production?+

Batches, recipes, recipe rules, lots, tanks, equipment, quality, CoA, product documents, traceability, product passports, and production stats. Stock includes orders, shipments, delivery notes, warehouses, and stock cards.

Do you have MRP?+

Yes. MRP sits inside PureField ERP as material requirements tied to recipes and stock. It is not SAP-class capacity planning; that capacity is being extended.

Are stock and orders connected?+

Yes — when production and stock are on, batches, orders, and warehouses run on the same operations record.

Does it replace Logo?+

No. We do not replace Logo, Paraşüt, or SAP. We are process production plus stock tied to sales and field work.

The same platform includes the customer card, document store (DMS), regions, support tickets, and billing. Projects can open when needed and are not a separate mega-menu product. Copilot proposes on the agent surfaces that are enabled.
