What are AI agents?

By: PureField Editorial TeamPublished: August 25, 2026

An AI agent proposes in record or queue context and can move work forward after approval. In PureField, agents are not a standalone chatbot product; they sit inside CRM, service, and ERP workflows. The site guide PureAgent cannot access panel records; Copilot runs in the signed-in panel.

What they do / do not do

Do: Copilot questions, site enrichment, ICP, lead discovery, email drafts (send approved), sales simulation, call summaries, rule-based technician routing.

Do not: autonomous deal close, unattended dispatch, predictive maintenance, ML scoring models, a public voice-agent surface.

Credits

30 free credits each month. 100 credits = 50 USD. 1 credit = 1 successful AI operation. Agent surfaces depend on plan and feature enablement.
