What is cold call analysis?
By: PureField Editorial TeamPublished: July 27, 2026
Cold call analysis evaluates a sales team's phone conversation transcript or text record with AI to produce coaching feedback, call summaries, and optional CRM activity suggestions. In PureField, cold call analysis is part of the PureField AI service layer (`cold-call-analysis`). It is not a simulation—it works with real conversation input.
