1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the PureField service provided by PureField Yazılım A.Ş. By accessing the service, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
PureField is a software service that helps businesses manage sales, CRM, service operations, maintenance, and related workflows through a single product. The scope of the service may vary depending on the selected plan, setup, and any additional commercial agreements.
2. Accounts and access
You may need a user account or organizational access in order to use the service. You are reasonably responsible for your account information and for activities carried out through your account.
- You must protect your login credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
- Permissions and access levels may be defined by your organization's administrators or by the PureField setup scope.
- You may use the service only for business processes and records you are authorized to access.
3. Subscriptions, trial period, and billing
PureField is offered with monthly and annual subscription options. A 14-day trial period may be available for eligible plans. Trial terms are stated separately in the plan details or commercial proposal.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term. If not cancelled before the renewal date, the applicable fee is charged for the next term.
- Fees are billed according to the selected plan or commercial proposal.
- Taxes and similar legal charges may be added separately unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use PureField in any unlawful, misleading, unauthorized, or service-disruptive manner.
- Attempting unauthorized access, security probing, or data extraction
- Processing or disclosing third-party data without authorization
- Sending spam, abusive content, harmful content, or deceptive communications
- Creating automation, load, or interference that disrupts normal service operations
5. Customer data and content
You represent that you have the necessary rights to the data, records, documents, and other content you upload to or create within PureField.
Customer relationship data, service operations data, maintenance records, files, and similar business data are processed to provide the service. The customer is responsible for the accuracy, suitability, and lawful origin of that data.
6. Third-party services and integrations
PureField may rely on third-party providers for cloud infrastructure, communications, file storage, and similar service functions. Integrations or external workflows enabled by the customer may also be subject to the relevant third party's own terms.
The availability, performance, or terms of third-party services may change over time.
7. Service changes, support, and availability
PureField may change features, interfaces, and workflows from time to time in order to improve the product, strengthen security, or comply with legal requirements.
Unless a separate written SLA applies, the service is not provided with a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or a specific uptime level.
8. Suspension and termination
PureField may temporarily suspend or terminate access for reasons including security concerns, misuse, unlawful conduct, breach of contract, or overdue fees.
- Access may be suspended after notice for overdue amounts.
- Immediate action may be taken without prior notice in cases of security risk, unauthorized use, or clear abuse.
- After cancellation or termination, data retention and deletion are handled under the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement between the parties.
9. Intellectual property and confidentiality
All intellectual property rights in the PureField product, its interfaces, software components, trademarks, and related service materials belong to PureField Yazılım A.Ş. or its licensors.
The parties must use confidential commercial or operational information shared in connection with the service only for contractual and operational purposes and must not disclose it to unauthorized third parties.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Unless expressly agreed in writing, no additional warranty is given regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of PureField Yazılım A.Ş. arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the total fees actually paid for the relevant service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing law, venue, and changes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Bursa have jurisdiction over disputes.
PureField may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For material changes, a reasonable notice method will be used. The current version becomes effective as of the publication date shown on this page.
