1. Scope
This policy applies to monthly and annual subscriptions for the PureField product. PureField is primarily offered as software for business customers. If a separate written agreement includes different refund or cancellation terms, that agreement will govern.
2. Trial period
Eligible plans may include a 14-day trial period. If you cancel during the trial period, the paid subscription does not begin and no fee is charged for that period.
Once the trial period ends, the paid subscription begins or converts into a paid term as described in the applicable plan. After the paid term starts, the refund rules below apply.
3. Subscription, renewal, and cancellation
PureField is offered with monthly and annual subscription options. Unless clearly stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term.
You may cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you will not be charged for the next term, but the current term is not refunded unless this policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
4. General refund rule
After a paid subscription term has started, refunds are generally not provided for either monthly or annual plans.
No full, partial, or prorated refund is provided for partially used periods, unused time, mid-cycle cancellations, reduced account usage, or a decrease in user count.
5. Limited cases where a refund may be considered
Refund requests may be reviewed in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charges
- A clear billing or collection error
- A refund is required by applicable law
- A specific commercial arrangement has been separately approved in writing by PureField Yazılım A.Ş.
6. How to request a refund
You may submit a refund request to info@purefield.app together with information that can help us identify your account and the reason for your request.
Requests are reviewed within a reasonable time. If a refund is approved, it will be processed, where applicable, to the original payment method or through another appropriate method agreed by the parties.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, we encourage you to contact us first so we can review the issue. Where necessary, billing, subscription, cancellation, and consent records may be used for internal review and dispute resolution.
8. Policy changes and contact
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. For material changes, we use a reasonable notice method. The current version becomes effective as of the publication date shown on this page.
